How do clients pay their deposit?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, straight into your own account. You can also offer bank transfer. Your details are shown to the client with their booking reference, and you mark it paid when it arrives.
Will it double-book me?
No. Clients only see times that are free, allowing for the length of their package and the break you set between bookings. If you connect Google Calendar, anything already in your diary blocks that time too.
Can I sell both photography and video?
Yes. Group your sessions into Photography, Video, Photo + Video, or your own categories. Each package has its own price, duration and "What's included" list, and clients can add extras.
What happens if a client doesn't pay the deposit?
The time is held for as long as you choose (48 hours by default). If it isn't paid by then, the booking is released automatically and both of you are told by email.
How do I pay for my subscription?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay or Google Pay, monthly or yearly. You can update your card, download invoices or cancel any time from your dashboard.
Do I need a website?
No. Your booking page is a complete mini-site with your logo, gallery and packages. If you already have a website, just link to it.
